Gall Force is divided up into a few different
Japanese Animation series. Some of the main characters are in the various series, while new and exciting ones are added in each of the different stories. The different
anime series take place in different locations as well as at different times. Gall Force Earth Chapter is my favorite series of them all, but all of them are worth
checking out! I will describe most of them for you.
"Gall Force: Earth Chapter" is set in the year 2085. Earth has become a devastated wasteland that is ruled by deadly war
machines. These war machines were created by man to help win the final apocalyptic war. Because of their creations and the devastation to Earth, most of mankind has fled
to Mars to regroup and rebuild. Only a small handful of courageous warriors were left behind to protect what mankind still has left. Now, Sandy Newman and her brave
comrades fight desperately to save themselves and those that chose to stay behind. They derperately search to find a way to destroy the cyberoid war machines and their
stronghold. This is their last chance for survival as the war machines plan to annihilate the human race. "Earth Chapter" is my favorite of the Gall Force series!
"Gall
Force 1: The Eternal Story" is set somewhere in deep space. An ancient war has been raging between an all-female Solonoid race and the biomechanical Paranoid race. The last surviving
members of a Solonoid cruiser have been ordered to go to their newly created homeworld called Chaos. In doing so, they have been cut off from the rest of their fleet. They
must battle their way through many treacherous traps and pitfalls to accomplish their mission. The small group of young women find themselves pawns in the plans of the leaders
of both sides. What they discover along the way forces them to make many hard decisions. Ultimately, they are faced with a final decision that will not only shake up the
loyalties of both worlds, but also affect the futures of both races and a new race that is yet to be.
"Gall Force 2: Destruction" carries on the tale of the war between the Solenoids and Paranoids first told in "The Eternal Story."
A conflict that, according to the first film, eventually gave birth to the human race. Ace pilot Lufy has survived long enough to complete one last mission: stop the enemy doomsday machine
that obliterated her homeworld and is now en route to destroy her people's final outpost.
"Gall Force 3: Stardust War" The war between the Solenoids and Paranoids continues! The girls are saved ... by none other than Catty
Nebulart herself! Space scientist Catty faces her age-old nemesis, the Paranoids, in a devastating final battle. Now, the race is on as Catty struggles to complete her crowning achievement.
Guns blaze and planets explode as an ancient war comes to an end...........with the biggest bang you'll ever see!
The animation quality among the different series varies a little. I think Earth Chapter has the best animation and storyline though. All of them are
worth watching! Check them out and let me know what you think!
