The Guyver takes place in futuristic Japan. The Guyver is
a mysterious bio-booster armor which was created by an even more mysterious alien race. When activated, the unit interfaces with the human subject, transforming them into an
all powerful super human warrior.
The story begins when the three Guyver units are stolen from the arcane Chronos corporation. A young boy, Sho Fukamachi, accidentally discovers Guyver 1
and activates it; becoming the Guyver. Sho must continuously struggle to learn the power of the Guyver and how to control such awesome power. Meanwhile, Sho must battle evil
biomorphic Zoanoids which are savage mercenary slaves controlled by Chronos. While just trying to survive and protect his friends, Sho must stop the onslaught of the Chronos
mercenaries and the deadly Guyver units. Sho must stop Chronos's attempts to take the Guyver unit back while destroying their evil plans to use the Guyver's powers for their
evil doings.
This is an excellent anime series I think! The animation is excellent and the storyline keeps you wanting more. For those that are into Japanese Animation,
I highly recommend this series! Unfortunately the series does not end and it kind of leaves you hanging for more. It is definitely worth watching though! There are also a couple
of live action movies that are worth watching as well.
