Orguss 02 takes place on futuristic earth. The earth
was ravaged by great wars with massive war machines. For 200 years, the awesome war machines have laid silent beneath the earth and beneath the sea. Now two opposing armies
race to unearth these deadly weapons known as Decimators. As more of these destructive weapons are reactivated, the world once again moves closer and closer to another all
out war.
As a result, more and more innocent victims
fall prey to the deadly conflict. One such victim is Lean. He becomes drawn into the ensuing war, and he sets out on a deadly mission to help eliminate the opposing forces
Decimators. Lean must infiltrate deep into the enemy's territory and fight for his life as the mission goes terribly wrong. Lean finds himself trapped behind enemy lines
while war is finally declared between the two great nations. While fighting to make his way back home, Lean rescues a mysterious
girl. Lean quickly learns that there is a lot more to this girl. She hides a great secret that everyone would like to know.
Orguss 02 is a great series. The animation is really good and the story keeps you hooked on what is going to happen next. Too bad the series doesn't end.
